The CrossFit Total is the sum of the best of three attempts at the squat, the press, and the deadlift. In our case, you will be given 12 minutes to warm-up and 3 minutes between each of your 3 attempts for each lift.

959 which is a pr but I want that 1000 at 155lbs. I should already be there because it wouldn't be that hard with a little specialization but I'm happy with this right before the open starts.
Squat - 352# (pr, have done a 5 rep saying this was possible but first time actually breaking 350)
Press - 164# (pr, I believe. Next is 185)
Dead-lift - 432# (no pr)
893 Give or take a few, still a bit uncertain with my math?

The squat felt easy - I think I had at least 10-15# more in me. Deadlift was 4# under my PR, but I haven't hit 300 in a long time, so I was happy to get it. Most importantly, though, thanks to the .5 kilo plates... I GOT MY 100# PRESS. Holy hell, it took long enough.
