1A. As Many Reps As Possible in 4 minutes of:
10 Box Jumps, 20 inch box
7 Toes 2 Bar

Rest 1 minute

2A. As Many Burpees As Possible in 4 minutes of:
40 yard shuttle (10 yards x 4)
10 Burpees (over PVC Pipe on ground)

Rest 2 minutes

3A. For Reps
Max Reps in 90 Seconds - Press (110#/77#)
Rest 30 Seconds
Max Reps in 90 Seconds - Weighted Pull ups (25#Chest/10#Chin)

Rest 3 minutes

4A. Find a 2RM Squat Snatch in 4 minutes where the first rep comes off the ground but the second rep must not touch the ground.

This entire workout will be on a clock so everyone must remain in sync with the clock at all times. You will get exactly 15 minutes for warm-up before the workout starts and at no other time. Everything will be set up before hand. No rack for presses.

Score is reps from 1st workout + burpee reps from 2nd workout + press reps + pull up reps + snatch weight.

The timing was sketchy at best, due to timer malfunctions, and I wasted some time with a couple brief tantrums (uncharacteristic, non?). I hate it when I do that. Sorry, guys.

320 total reps. Damn weighted pull ups slowed me down big time. That was a fun one though. I love working out with a big group. thanks to Ricky for organizing that chaos.
