Considering how my legs felt earlier, the runs went really well. Most consistent they've felt in a while. Now I can't walk up stairs, but at least I have 3 days off to recover. If I don't make it in Monday, I'm probably still whining in my recliner. Too sore for couches.

Toes to bar was slow for me which I expected. I did most rounds of these 6,3,3; the last two runs felt slow and DU's went pretty well each round.

Running seems to be getting better. Been running here and there on my own trying to focus on form. I agree with Kat though... the Enterprise hill still sucks!

17:22 rxd - tried not to stop myself with the help of the pull up station on T2B... I know that's not an option in Cali... but Rd 4 came around and I gave in. Ran with my arms straight at my side a couple times they hurt so bad. This was a good one. I wish we could do more of these. Lord knows I need em!
