If you get the chance, I'd like you guys to get in the power snatch from CFO blog. You don't have to but I think it would be beneficial to all of you. It won't affect you much for tonight's games workout. If you're worried that it will, then go for 8x1 instead.
Be prepared and eat well throughout the day in preparation of tonight's games workout. Drink lots of water. This may not be the only time you do the workout but I will be picking up the programming as if we weren't doing it again. We can't let the open affect our training. Our strengths need to be maintained and our weaknesses attacked. Don't lose sight of the bigger picture.
