Knees 2 Elbows got me.
Well I didnt even double check the workout so I did 88# for the hang power cleans.
Burpees slowed me down in this one.
17:13 probably would have been around 18 something if used right weight. The HPC felt good and knees to elbow felt alright. Stupid me!

18:49 i believe. I felt really sluggish and tired this morning. Glad i taped the hands though, no rips.

Last time I did this, I got a 2:47, I believe, which wasn't a pr by 5 seconds which I was okay with but not really.
Today, pull ups felt heavy in the warm up and thrusters, well, they were thrusters. When that clock beeped, I just took off. I felt strong and more importantly, non winded. The first round was easy, the second round, I knew would be harder but the only thing hard about it was the last 4 thrusters, my legs started to wobble but by that time, I was almost going to be on round three.
Round three was a breeze except for the last 2-3 thrusters. Pull ups were on fire. The fastest they've ever been.
Ready for the weekend people. Time to eat like crazy.
