splits were 3:47, 5:00, 5:45sih, and 5:30ish

1st and 4th 400s were to 88th, 2nd and 3rd to The Building Formerly Known as Enterprise. My 88th St. 400s are MCUH faster. 1st-3rd pushup sets were consistent - sets of 7, but the last set was crash-and-burn, so I must have made up the time on the run.
