Great pic of Stacie and Phil! I cannot wait to see our Stacie get after it in Carson. She is definitely on a mission and continues to work her ass off! Her dedication and commitment certainly hasn't gone unnoticed. :)

Max box jump:

Red, blue, green....weak I know.

OHS:
114, 121, 127, 137

These felt really good. I don't think OHS will ever be my favorite lift, but these are getting better.

25# strict pullups:

1, 1 and none (couldn't get up there all the way that last time even without my weight lifting shoes:) )

Rough morning for me.

Box jumps were good - don't remember what I had on the box. All you need to know is that it was taller than Ricky's.

OHS - 77, 82, 87, 99
Knees started a little rough, but it was my right wrist that held me back. Just couldn't hold it steady. Need to start working on wrist mobility

Pullups - 2, 3, 2
Surprised I got any, the way my arms still felt from Friday.

Also, Stacie and Shelley were making the OHS look EASY this morning. Shelley - those have come a long way.

Thanks, Addi. I figured out why your pinky was bleeding this morning. The KB rubs against the outside of that lil guy. I've got a nice little chunk of skin missing myself as of late 6:00 PM.

Aha! Thanks, Stacie. Those 1-poods are too small for my man-hands.
