Morning Only:
1A. AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
5 Chest 2 Bar Pull ups
10 Push ups w/ Hand Release
15 Air Squats

Immediately following,

1B. Two minutes to find the heaviest load you can get overhead from the shoulders. A rack is allowed.

We will workout in 2 heats with the second group beginning exactly 2 minutes after the first group. It will be ladies followed by guys, if the number permits. For push ups, the hips may never touch the ground.

Your score is total reps + top weight.

Almost got the squats done on my 9 th round. So, eight and change. Started at 154 then went to 220 and missed it....ran out of time so couldn't get third attempt at 242. WWW.Joehurleyteam.com.

12 rounds + 5 pullups = 365 reps + 198lbs on jerk. Total score = 563

I missed 198 once or maybe would have had time to at least try 220. Thank goodness Adam was nice enough to let me use his bar for my last attempt with ten secs left bc I wasnt getting my bar back up off the floor after I missed.
