1A. 10mins to Find Your 3RM Bear Complex:
-must be touch and go on the ground between reps
Clean
Front Squat
Overhead
Back Squat
Overhead
Rest anywhere but the ground during your attempt. You are allowed to do a squat clean thruster followed by a behind the neck thruster but you don't have to.
Rest 3 minutes.
2A. Two rounds for time of:
6/4 Muscle-ups
12/10 Burpee Pull ups
18/15 Pull ups
250 meters on the rower
Ten minute cut-off.

136# on 3RM bear complex. This felt pretty good as I thought the overhead would feel harder/heavier.

I subbed 8 strict ring dips for the muscle ups.
I was able to get all 8 ring dips in first round unbroken which is the most I've done strict or kipping. Second round I broke up dips 4,2,2.
176lbs on the bear complex. I think I could have gone a little heavier but didn't have time for another attempt. I warmed up doing sets of one and 176 was my only attempt at 3 reps.
Not sure about my time on 2A. I just know that my shoulders really felt burned on the second round and I had to break up my pullups more than usual it seemed.
1A: 132 x 3 - bear complex. Took 'er a little too easy today.
2A: 9:10 rxd
1A: 124#x3 I know I had more in me, but not in 10 min.
2A: 9:15 rx'd 1st round of muscle-ups was really fast for me, but I probably took it too easy on the rest of the 1st round.
184 on the bear complex. Could have gone heavier but ran out of time. Felt good.
2a: 922 felt the past two days of shitty food and sitting in a car. But chick fil a was so good.
198 had to do it back to back since I lost my last overhead, stupid. 11:?? On workout alot of pull ups. I couldn't breathe, fun tho thanks joe and egan better to suffer together than alone
What's the schedule going to be for next week? Was going to sign up for class times, but they're not on mindbody.
Addi, I'll post it for tomorrow's workout but I think what we're going to do is Mon-Thur and take a 3 day weekend.
