Friday 110401

Morning:
4 rounds for time of:
300 meter run
Rest 15 seconds
25-40 Air Squats
Rest 15 seconds

Rest times are in place to encourage sprinting, both on runs and squats.

You have a choice on what reps you'd like to do only because some of you have to do games workout 11.2 on Saturday morning. No matter which you choose, go hard. You must not let that we are in the middle of a competition affect your training.

Post time to comments.

rowed 300 meters instead of running and I chose 25 squats option per round

Row: 1:50,1:51,1:50, and 1:52 based on 500 meter row pace

rested 15 seconds in between each row and each set of squats; checked time on last two sets of squats and each of them took me :35 seconds.

I did this at the J before lessons. Would have preferred to run outside, but dodging the walkers made it almost as interesting... and it was flat. I like flat.

I kept my rests a little longer so I could keep up a sprint pace. My first round was definitely the fastest, but I didn't drop off as much as I thought I would. I still hate air squats.

The JCC fitness center crowd looked a little alarmed, as I don't think they've seen sweat in a while.
