Evening Only:
1A. AMRAP in 3 minutes of:
200 Meter Run
8 Power Cleans, 154#/109#
8 Burpees (over your bar)
Rest 1 minute.

Repeat the above sequence for 5 cycles. At the top of every cycle, start from the beginning, with a run. The goal is to try and at least complete 1 2/3rds rounds every cycle which would leave you with 80 power cleans. Penalty: for every rep under 65 power cleans, complete 15 air squats.

Post total rounds completed and squats, if any, to comments.

Well lets just say I have to do about 200 or so squats after this workout.

1- 1rd plus 6 PC
2- 1rd plus 200m run
3- 1rd
4- 1rd plus 100m run
5- 1rd plus 100m run

Felt lazy on the 3rd round when I saw 40 secs left in the round and decided to rest for the next one, so for the 4th and 5th round I went ahead and did 100m run to do something. So you add that up and well its well below 65 PC so I did about 200 AS or so. Good luck with this one!

I was cussing this one from the start. Didn't get to the second pc ever.375 as.

Did Option B which was 200 meter run, 8 cleans, 8 burpees, 100 meter run, 8 cleans, etc.

1- 1 round plus 8 cleans
2- 1 round plus 3 cleans
3- 1 round plus run (time was up a second after I got back from run :(
4-1 round even (had extra rest because I didn't take off for second run)
5- 1 round plus run (really thought I would get some cleans here with the extra rest from round 4 but again I finished the run and had only a second to spare)

51 cleans total so I got to do 210 air squats which sucked.
