DNF: 20 minute cutoff; I had 10 knees to elbows left.
I scaled the HSPU's to 10 per round with a max time of 3 minutes to spend on HSPU's per round. First round I got 2 strict, 8 kipping, 2nd round I checked clock before and after HSPU's. I got 10 (all kipping)in 2:25. 3rd round I hit a wall on HSPU's. I had 7 done (all kipping)in just under 2 minutes (missed once after 4 and then missed 4 times IN A ROW and finally moved on to rest of wod) as I had already spent 3:15 on these.
2-fer-1 wall balls were tough too as I never seemed to get more than 3-4 in a row before messing up.
I definitely need to work on core/keeping abs tight when doing HSPU's. I was surprised how quickly it went from feeling good in rounds 1-2 and then missing so many in round 3.
Workout was really tough this morning. The 2for1 wallballs sucked bad! Finished in 14:02.
Decided not to go back tonight and do squats. I did however forget to post my 5x5 push jerk weights from cfo class last night. Did 132, 154, 176, 191, & 203. Was pretty happy with the 203lb 5 rep max.
13:40 for the workout, made it through the first to rds unbroken.
Yesterday Back Squatted
3x5 - 242#, felt good to get it done.
Today did yesterdays workout.
Should have taken today off but wanted to do it. 18:00 it took me. My back needs some rest.
Taken a couple days off.

DNF: was in 2 for 1 wall balls when 20 came. Did hspu scaled to 10 and used bands to make em strict. Hspus were slow, did 3-4 at one time then it went to doubles then singles....
