10:2something - a couple seconds behind Shelley. Deadlifts felt a lot heavier than I expected. Shelley made it look like featherweight. I love KB runs.

Metcon: 10:28 I thought first round after DU's was slowest as I was figuring out KB position for run which got easier in rounds 2 and 3.
I do love DL's!!
