#220 on Goodmornings, have never gone heavy before so were testing it out.

7:24 on met-con,
15, 10-5, 5-5-5, 5-5-3-2, 5-3-2-2-2-1, 5-3-2-2-2-2-2, 3-3-2-2-2-2-1. Pull ups breakdown, this helps me know when i start to really break down.

146# on OHS which is a 3# PR.

15 mins on metcon: pullups were rough and I thought push press was heavy which surprised me a bit.

4# PR on OHS (I'm really anal for those that didn't already know that:)) I went back and checked logwod and last 1 RM was 142#.

DL 1x5 330# felt heavy, but tried to keep my back as flat as possible.

Runs: 1:19, 1:23

DL 1x5 = 269
5 lb more than last time - felt pretty decent. Thanks for the cues, Jon and Ricky.

Runs - 1:34 and 1:28, I think.

Goodmorning 1RM = 143 or 131. Don't remember. I just remember it was awkward and I don't think it was quite right.

Metcon - 12:00 even. Pullups broke up 6-5-4, but I had to take more rest than I wanted to maintain the reps. Probably could have pushed the pace a little harder.
