Warm-up 3/3/2/1. Warm-up to as heavy a weight you can muster for 3 reps and perform 3 sets at that weight on a 3 minute clock.

followed by,

Tabata Dead-lift
Men's weight: 313#
Woman's weight: 214#

(Scaled weights are: 274#/187#)

Post hang power snatch weight + least amount of reps in any round to comments.

42 total reps - started with 6, then dropped after the first round... accidentally did 6 once more in round 5. Should have stuck with 6 - it would have been hard, but I think I could have gotten it.

Hang Power Snatch:
109 - 3 x 3

Strung sets 1 & 3 together. Set 2, 1st rep, took a step forward and couldn't recover. Had more in me but my focus was not letting go of the bar.

Tabata Deadlift:
214 - 41 - should have stuck with 6 each round.
