10:00 Rx'd (119# on power cleans)

Pullups felt off from the very beginning and were probably the worst I remember them being.

Gymnastics WOD really showed weaknesses. I can do pistols on my right leg and keep my heel from coming up, but it comes up when doing them on my left leg so I used a 5# plate and kept my left heel on it in the round of 15.

I thought I was doing strict T2B until it was pointed out to me that I was still getting a little bit of a kip. When doing them strict, I failed to get any that would count. Broad jumps were fun though:)

This was one of those days where I felt like I'm going backwards, but I know it's just more things I need to work on.

In the 20 minutes, I got through the 15 pistols.

I have no idea what my time was today? I know it was not very fast! It was fun to see you guys blast through this workout, man I have a long way to go! I have to push the pace faster and push through the burn with fewer breaks.

Butterfly practice was frustrating, can't wait for it to 'click'

Gymnastics WOD - unoffical time of 15-20 min. Although I was bored as hell, it was a nice change of pace and great opportunity to work on those movements.
