Is this the correct "DT" workout? Also how much to the balls weigh for ball slams?

# 155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
# 155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
# 155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

That is the correct workout but the weight is 10 pounds heavier. Also, the ball slams are 20#.
Morning WOD: 10:35
100 DU, 50 BS: 3:00

You didn't rest between each portion did you? It was one time through without stopping from first double under to last double under.
I find it hard that you had time to figure out time for each part.
It's all good either way.
Ya I rested between sets! Oh well still got my heart rate up!

These are the workouts that are great work for me! HPCs were not good today, but just tried to keep moving!
Glad to see evening wod is 12min amrap!
13:09 rxd. the overhead part slowed me down tremendously.
12:01 rxd - right shoulder and right side of my low back just ate me whole this morning! Forced me to break my last set of DU's into 10's which took nearly 2 minutes to complete.

5 rounds plus 2 HSPU's; got 3 strict HSPU's and the rest kipping; box jumps and pistols got better with more reps
