Made up my 1RM TGU today - 77# - and my 1RM dip - 50#. Also played around a little more with HSPUs - trying to get comfortable with the 'triangle' setup. Only got a few, but after the dip and the TGU, I was happy to get any. I'm sure the setup helped - it feels a lot stronger.
