DNF, first one in a while. The wall climbs beat me physically and mentally. Know what i need to practice. DNF at the sets of 6. 1 round and 6 ohs
DNF: I got to OHS in first round. Wall climbs were tough and took a long time. I started w/ 25# on weighted pullups and dropped to 20# and singles when I failed to hit my throat. I knew going in this WOD that it would be tough, but I'm disappointed in my performance (or lack of). OHS at Rx'd weight in warmups actually felt pretty good, but I failed twice during the WOD to get any before time was called.

Dnf. Got to the muscles ups and could not get any of them before time ran out. The attempts took 4 min all by themselves. Haven't done a workout in a while where 30 power cleans with 154 was the easy part
35:37 - scaled to HSPU negatives, and dropped to 99# halfway through the 2nd round of OHS/MU. I've got something going on with my right wrist, and I just couldn't hold the weight overhead.
This was awful, but I secretly loved it.
