10 Wall Balls, 20#/14#
10 Pull ups

214 for OHS. attempted 220, failed. AParently in this gym, when you ask for help to pick the bar off the ground it means they stand behind you so when you bail, they knee you in the back and elbow.

Well Jon, you know those group of people at the gym we normally make fun of for "bear hugging" the guy doing the squats. this guy tried to do that for me (though i only asked for help picking the bar up) which placed him directly behind me. I did not know where he was until i fell into his knees. So i have a massive knot in my back and a fucked up elbow, you think you can come massage it for me?? Awesome thanks.

Tied my PR, which was much more than I was expecting. I've been mobilizing the shit out of my wrist all day, and it paid off.
