*Use 85% or more of your 1RM. For every rep not completed, do 5 pull ups (after the workout).
Met-con
5 rounds for time of:
20 Double Unders
16 Box Jumps, 20 inch box
12 Hand Release Burpees

Good wod. Did all 15 with 120lbs but only because I didn't have any more weight. Finished wod in 10:10.
109#. Worked on starting a little more over the bar for a better first pull - felt really good.
Metcon - 10:14. This felt SLOW. I didn't have any energy left after 11.5 yesterday. Worst burpees ever.
