Row as far as you can in 20 seconds, rest for 10. Do this for 8 sets. Goal is 1000 meters. Perform 1 burpee for every 5 meters under 1000.

did workout #1.
Only had to do 2 burpees
5x5 HSPU w/ purple bands on old pullup rack. Played around trying to make it harder, but ended up getting so tired these were hard enough. The last 3 sets, put hands on the wooden plates to get a little depth.
Row = 712, I think. I don't know if it's because my hamstrings are shot, but this was as fast as I could go. I did NOT do 288 burpees. And I'm not sorry.
