I had to change up the workout.5rds:5, 285lb Squat30, Double Unders15, 1.5 pood Kettle Ball Swings14:00 minI finally figured out how to do proper double unders without bending my knees! Track Workout is going to be a 20min continuous 200m relay, run a 200m curve tag partner jog back across the middle of the field tag partner run and so on.
13:14 @ 198# - i actually enjoyed running in the rain. that's a miracle.
